When you book, we process your name, e-mail, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and your note. We need them to handle the booking and payment (performance of a contract) and to keep the guest register and tourist tax records required by Czech law.
We do not share your data with other companies except those that need it to provide the service (bank, e-mail provider). We keep it for the period required by accounting, tax and guest registration rules.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data where we are not required to keep it, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
